This lens, by Younger Optics, has a base Polarized film with a color of high-contrast Yellow Green. These colors help to highlight reds, greens, and yellows to allow the wearer to see street light signals more accurately. This lens also has a Transition feature that will allow the lens to change into a dark Brown without affecting the high-contrast of the Polarization filter. This is a very special Transition that actually will change color in a car, even with tinted windows.
